Affiliate program - Terms of Service

These terms of service are for affiliate programs to adhere to. Suspension is possible if some of these terms are violated.

The program works as follows:

• Sign up for the affiliate program and obtain your affiliate link.
• Share your affiliate link with anyone.
• Get paid 30% (of the price they paid) for every person that signs up for Tailscan using your affiliate link. For subscriptions this percentage is continuous until the customer cancels their subscription. For perpetual licenses this percentage is on the one-time price.
• Referral cookies are active for 30 days.

Payment details:

• After the customer has been active for 30 days (and did not request a refund), we will add your 30% share to the total amount owed.
• Your commissions are paid if the total amount owed exceeds $25
• Payments are made on the 15th of every month (for the previous month).
• Payments are made via Wise or Paypal unless agreed otherwise.
• Payments are made in USD unless agreed otherwise.

The following is a list of things that are not allowed under the affiliate program:

• Using the affiliate link in content that is misleading or dishonest about Tailscan or any of it's competitors.
• Using the affiliate link in any sort of spam (emails, sms, calling, cold direct messages on social media, etc.).
• Using the affiliate link in any sort of illegal activity.
• Running any advertisement campaigns for any keywords on any search engine or social media platform with the affiliate link.
• Signing up yourself with your own referral link.
• Acting on behalf of, or pretending to be part of Tailscan.
